EduConsillium was hired to review and reorganize the training infrastructure of the organization, so that P&WC could get better result for the dollars invested in training.

Our team provided the following services:

• Develop in collaboration with the executive team, a strategic vision that assures that the training activities would support the business objectives of the organization;
• Redesign the training business processes and activities, so they would have a more direct impact on the business processes;
• Develop and implement business performance indicators and management tools;
• Support the implementation of P&WC's quality management processes (ACE and Lean) for HR and training departments;
• Implement a global online delivery process (development and delivery);
• Review and development of a training management process for all the training and service suppliers in education.
