The Quebec Transport Ministry is in charge of coordinating all the transportation activities on its territory and must assure the fluidity and sustainability of the movement people and marchandises in a secure and efficient manner to support the development in the Province.
This colossal mandate requires the management of an enormous quanßtity of documents. The management of policies, blueprints, contracts often in multiple version is a important challenge for the organization. To manage this task, the Quebec Transport Ministry decided to implement a document management system and to train over 5,000 employees on how to use it.
EduConsillium was selected to plan, develop the training program for the document management system selected and offered the support the organization in its delivery.
